A Genie for Jessie

We thank Ottawa-based author Alberte Villeneuve-Sinclair and her granddaughter, Lea Anderson, for launching “A Genie for Jessie” at the 2013 Eastern Regional Day Treatment Network’s 7th Annual Caring across Communities Forum held in Ottawa on April 18th. Our theme this year, “Creating a Positive, Bully-Free School Climate”, is a natural link with Alberte and Lea’s book, also available in French. “A Genie for Jessie” is an invaluable and supportive tool to launch a discussion in schools and families on the emotional impact of bullying.
