Description
No boundary encloses the universe, with its endless expanse of matter and energy, of heat, light and explosive forces travelling outward in all directions at speeds which cannot be imagined. If we could see up and out through the far reaches of the cosmos, we would discover the incredible worlds which exist there, which live, prosper and die in their billions, and also the inhabitants of those worlds, so unlike anything we know. But, here and there in those vast galactic seas, speeding away from Earth faster than light itself, are a few planets that we would like to visit. We will never see them, nor meet the people who live there, because in the last half minute, they have slipped millions of miles farther from our grasp.
