Description
A long lost notebook sent to Dorothy Small by the Canadian Embassy identifies her as the only living relative of Davidson Black, an archaeologist who helped discover the Peking Man Bones in the 1920s. This man, a black figure among her relatives, has always been a sore point in the family and his disappearance in China as the Japanese invaded has left the history books to describe him as a crook and the discovery of the Peking Man Bones as an elaborate hoax. Now Meghan has a chance to change history and not only discover what happened to her great, great-grandfather, but find where the bones that were once described as the Greatest Find in the 20th century have been hidden
